Brian Finke
Photographer
Born in Philadelphia in 1976, Brian Finke lives in New York, where in 1998 he obtained a degree in photography. Since then he has enjoyed great success as a photographer, and the New York Times, New Yorker, Details Time and publish his works. Brian Finke is a tradition of documentary photography: it captures scenes of life by capturing the emotion wisely. Or retouched nor asked, his photographs are full of life and provide a portrait of a society technicolor: Candidate competitions body buiding, tennis fans on their short game of paint-ball size. His work on the pompom girls and American football has been the subject of a book in 2003. His works are entered in many collections, the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, or Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts, Kitakoma-gun (Japan). In Paris, Brian Finke is represented by Galerie Philippe Chaume.
