Diva

La haute couture du cinéma
The fashion designer Maurizio Galante highlights some of the greatest roles of film, music and theater Italian, with the costumes of performers such as Maria Callas, Gina Lollobrigida, Sofia Loren, Valentina Cortese and Anna Magnani …
Diva is trying to release the fragrance of these performers in their clothing as referring to the witness and the imprint of a temperament, a character, a moment or a role. Paternity of the costume and adornment that reveals the intimacy of a curve and stresses the singularity of a silhouette – the turning of the hem detail a refait the unexpected or a corset too tight. A tribute to the divas mentioned by the garment, a timeless image that comes to extend the memory of these women by turns passionate and tragic.
